Frederick Community College Student Group Visits SQCC

On Wednesday, 4 December, SQCC welcomed adult continuing learning students from Frederick Community College. The students, joined by their professor and current SQCC fellow, Mrs. Linda Pappas Funsch, enjoyed a tour of the SQCC permanent exhibition which explored Oman’s fascinating history. After the tour students listened to a cultural lecture about Omani culture and social norms in preparation for the trip to Oman in early 2020. The students concluded their visit to SQCC with a visit to SQCC’s current photography exhibition, “Oman –– A Vision of Modernity.”
