By signing this application, permission is granted to the Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center (SQCC) to photograph, videotape, and/or record applicant’s voice and likeness. This media may be used in promotional materials, educational resources, online publications (including the SQCC website and social media), news media, and exhibitions related to its mission.
It is understood and agreed that SQCC may edit and use this media without compensation, and all rights to the media belong to SQCC. This consent releases SQCC from any claims, including those for invasion of privacy or defamation, arising from the use of said media. Certification is made that the applicant is 18 years of age or older and is competent to grant this consent.
